General Terms and Condition




“GIANT FOODS LLC” maintains the http://eatcleanbestrong.com Website ("Site").


1. Insulated Delivery Bags

A non-refundable fee of AED 250/- per order is applicable for 2 Insulated Bags for the delivery of meals. Client is supposed to return the Delivery Bag at the time when the next day meal is delivered. Delay in returning the Bag will incur a penalty of AED 10/- per day per Bag. ECBS reserves the right to stop the deliveries if the client fails to return the Bag / Bags or pay for the penalty.

If the Client loses the Bag or damages the Bag, the Client shall pay to ECBS an amount of AED 150/- for replacing the Bag.

2. Delivery
  • Delivery timings are: 5:00 am - 12:00 noon, five days a week from Sunday to Thursday. However, it can be adjusted subject to ECBS agreeing for amendment request from the Client as per the Amendment Policy.

  • Delivery is currently only available in the City of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Delivery shall be made at the address given in the Order Form. Delivery address can be changed with 72 hours notice to ECBS in writing and confirmed by ECBS.

  • It is Client’s responsibility to give instructions to the Security Staff for ECBS delivery person accessing the delivery address.

  • Client agrees that anyone at the delivery address is entitled to receive the delivery of Meal Bag. Client can instruct ECBS to keep the Meal Bag at the door of the delivery address. Once the Meal Bag is delivered, ECBS assumes no responsibility as to safety of the Bag.

  • ECBS will collect the empty Meal Bag from the same location as delivered the following day while delivering the Bag containing meals.

  • Meals once delivered cannot be returned and no refunds are applicable.

  • If ECBS is unable to deliver the Meal Bag due to access to the delivery address is denied by Security Staff or any other reason, it shall be considered as Meal Bag delivered and no refunds shall be applicable.

  • There is a AED 75 per week delivery charge that will be paid in sum with the food charges.

3. Handling

The meals are delivered in an insulated bag to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Upon receiving of the Meal Bag, it is the Client’s responsibility to make sure all meals are immediately put in the refrigerator. ECBS does not assume any responsibility if Client fails to do so.

Client shall take due care in re-heating the meals.

4. Food Allergy Disclaimer

Please be aware that our Kitchen prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain nuts or nut oil. If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our products.

ECBS makes a strong effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, you can select to exclude items that we have identified as possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.

5. Payment

Client is expected to make payment for his order as per the quote sent to him. The payment can be made Online, by Cheque or by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)in AED.

Within 24 hours of placing an order, a quote will be sent to the customers email address. The email address will contain a link to pay immediately. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable for the order amount. If any excess payment is made due to any reason, ECBS shall refund the excess amount after deducting the bank charges.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Once payment for the Order is made, it is non-refundable. However, Client can amend the Order as per Order Amendment Policy. Cancellations are strictly prohibited and payment will not be reimbursed.

7. Order Amendment Policy

The Client can amend his Order for the change in meals or meal plan or delivery address by giving 72 hours notice. ECBS shall confirm the amendment requested and advise the Client if any extra charges are applicable. Amendment shall come into effect only after ECBS confirms and payment of extra charges received, if an

8. Account Terms

Client is responsible for using the Website in a private and secure manner and must maintain confidentiality of his/her account. ECBS will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthorized account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password. ECBS reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at any time.

If ECBS cancels an account for the Order placed, then ECBS shall refund the balance payment on pro-rata basis. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile, the governing law is the local law and all legal rules apply. EatCleanBeStrong will not trade or offer services OFAC and sanctioned countries. Please note that Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

9. Complaints
  • All complaints must be made in writing to the address of ECBS given in website.

  • Any complaint for the Meals delivered must be made with 24 hours of the meal delivered. ECBS shall not entertain any complaint if not made within the stipulated time.

  • Any other complaint or suggestion can be made anytime.

  • ECBS shall try to ensure that all complaints are addressed within 48 hours of the complaint received.
